If you are using the Gary Dean wash method, then yes 1 bucket. Otherwise with a wash mitt you want a to treat it like a normal 2 bucket wash to prevent reintroducing contamination to your rinse less bucket.

Pick up some M100 and try that out instead of M105 :xyxthumbs: The work time is night and day difference and might be easier to get cut out of harder paints like the CC.

Same exact chassis as a Passat, just squished a bit at the roof. Even has the same dash. Rest of the interior is sportier. Early cars are 4 seaters too.

Except VW doesn't use a ceramic clear coat... The paint on them is hard, but it isn't that hard.

Looks like you might need a little bit stronger of a cleaner on the leather seats. Otherwise the car looks really good. Hydro2 seems like it does really well on the wheels.

This is under the assumption that the car is used, and the dealer has touched it. As mentioned a few times already a test spot will show you what is needed. I didn't do a test spot on my car because I already had a good idea of what it would need and am very familiar with VW/Audi paint...

I had to compound mine before polishing. What polisher are you using? Post some pictures up of the car and the condition of the paint and it will be easier to give you a recommendation.

My CC the paint is about a 7/10 for paint hardness. As mentioned above some of the curvier parts of the car can be a bit difficult if you are new. I didn't find the rear quarters to be much of an issue, but the top of the trunk can be tricky. The bumpers are probably the most difficult to deal...
