I saw your post about help with polishing your hood. I just got done removing all swirl and water marks from my 08 Corvette. I live in Richmond VA. DO you have any pictures of the damage? What is exactly wrong with the hood that you would only want that polished? Look forward to helping you out.

When using M205, I am on speed 5 using about 10-12 lbs of pressure, so a little less than with M105 and doing about 4 section passes. So nothing too aggressive or long. Hopefully that will help any questions anyone will have about the process I am doing with the 205.

Is a black finishing pad ok to apply Mirror Glaze #3? Or should it be applied with a white polishing pad?
