Possible use of Power Inverters for occasional Mobile Detailing power-source?

I have done this many times in big rigs when i was full time truck driving to run my polishers out on the road. I would always rig up a 3500 watt inverter to run everything in the truck. This included microwave, vaccum and polishers etc. Think 14 watts to every amp. Spec your inverter well...

    How long does it take

For a car that is somewhat clean (but don't seem to get the clean one's) about 6-7 hours. If I have to remove the seats then 8 hours. For this I charge $190. If it's trashed the price goes up. This includes disinfecting/ steaming HVAC system and full steam and or extraction of the interior.

So I just washed my car, and its raining... Need help.

Use Optimum No Rinse Wash n Wax. If you would like you could hose the car off but if it is just rain water than ONRWW should do the trick.

    Serious carpet stains ?

Since the stains were hit with steam I believe they are set now. There are stain removers like "red 1" but they will not work if the stains are set.

Black label and DP paint coating differences

Just thinking out load here but you are allowing $16 to stop you from trying something you know you want to try? This stuff can coat 15 cars with 4 oz's. That works out to just over a buck extra per vehicle. No disrespect but can you miss something like 4 Starbucks coffee's to save up for the...

    OTC All Purpose Cleaner

Spray Nine is available in most stores that offer cleaning supplies up here in Canada. I am interested in comparison between these two and a product called TKO Orange. At this time it is -35 degrees Celsius where I live so will look into this closer to spring/ summer. I am getting quite tired of...

    OTC All Purpose Cleaner

How does Greased Lightening work under the hood compared to Spray Nine? Spray Nine just seems to break up just about anything. I will even use it in interiors because of it's disinfecting powers.

How many vehicles do you do per day?

Roughly 8 hours for a wash and interior. Usually I have to remove the front seats to get to the stuff between the console and the seat. If it is paint correction then that can take two days to get right.

Paint chipping away, bare metal exposed. Best solution to prevent further damage?

Looks like a bad coat of primer and the top coat did not stick. Be gentle with it and you may get a little more time out of it. The only real fix is repainting and getting that primer off.
