I'm with Benzdetailer on this--I say go ahead and hire them. You'll only have to throw in a couple of bucks for them, since the'll be getting free housing, medical, dental, education--probably even a refinance on a place they never owned. So I say power to you.

I've noticed alot of posts suggesting using a 12 gauge extension for polishers. Is this necessary for something that comes standard with a 16 gauge power cord? Thanks
