I have a dlux sitting in my closet for over a year. it was used once and according to carpro, it expired after the first year. do you guys think this is true ? basically a way to get the consumer to purchase more, so they slap on a expiration date ?

Been out of the detailing gig for awhile and im just about out of my old UTTG formula. dont really care to use the new stuff. Has there been a new product or something thats worked tremendously well for your needs ? im maintaining the plastic on a new wrangler, those things have way too much...

Looking over the products, I think the coating will give the plastic a glossy look. Trying to avoid that finish as much as possible. Might try applying 2.0 in a small unoticeable area

i also have a practically new syringe of opti coat 2.0... will that be too much ?

well corey confirmed the dlux is is likely expired. 1 year shelf life unopened and mine was opened for a single application.. now this brings me to my next question. How well will the opti lens and or gloss coat hold up ? im trying to avoid a glossy trim finish if possible.
