I use to use Meguiar's compound years ago and it worked well. I also like the clay bars they sell. I just got Meguiar's APC+ and is great for the price! This is my go to cleaner now.

I have the Griots DA and like it. I just recently got the optimum MF cutting & polishing pads and the Griots 3" DA but haven't got to use them yet. I've been hearing that if you get the Griot and MF pads then it will give the same results as the Flex. But I'm just repeating since I don't have...

Not sure if anyone had said this... But Harbor Freight carries good enough torque wrenches for tightening lug nuts. You wouldn't want to use this on torqueing a head on the engine of course. Northern tool also carries them but they are more expensive.

I just got my pads on Friday. I got 3 out of the 4 polishing pads that were the old style. You can tell the difference because the the foam is about twice as thick on the new pads. I contacted customer service, hopefully I can get them swapped out to the new improved style polishing pad.

You should be fine if you check it. I would put what you need into smaller bottles and put them in two large ziplock bags so if they leak they don't get on you cloths. You could also ship it.
