    Optimum No Rince with Wax

The label on the bottle of Optimum No Rinse with Wax says among other things that it can be used on glass. Granted it doesn't say specifically that you can use it on the outside of your windshield BUT I would advise against it. You would think any fool would not...However I did. The windshield...

spray wax reflection ( shine) rating

Thought I read some where that there was a rating on the amount of reflection or shine a spray wax puts out? May be my imagination?? Not considering durability and such, I have two of the top spray waxes IMO, but have a white car and frankly can't tell the difference. Probably could tell better...

Optimum Spray Wax vers Pinnacle Souveran Question

I'm sorry, but the description on the Auto Geek site says it has polymers and the customer service people at Pinnacle say the improved formula has more than the original. I have no way to measure but probably Optimum has more based on durability reports on this forum. However...I can put...

I have both the Optimum spray wax and Pinnacle Souveran spray wax and have used each more than one or two times. Pinnacle supposedly improved its formula by adding more polymers but don't know if it is as durible as Otimum? I never let a car of mine sit with one or the other on it long enough...

    Confused about sealants

SO...are we saying that Opti-Seal will migrate thru a wax but might not migrate thru a hybrid wax that might have polymers ( sealants ) of their own ? I have been using Pinnacle Souveran Spray wax that improved their formula with additional polymers. So it would be best to strip for the best...

Your right. I am probably confused between the two. SO...if both can be put over existing LSP is there any real difference in...

    Confused about sealants

I have two WOWA spray sealants. Wolfgang Liquid Spray Sealant and Opti-Seal. According to the directions the Wolfgang needs to be applied to a clean surface without any wax or oils and needs to cue for 8 to 12 hours before topping with a LSP such as wax. The people at Optimum say that Opti-Seal...

Is IPA required between polishing and wax?

I myself am confused when it comes to using a sealant such as Opti-Seal. They claim you can put it over a waxed surface and it will migrate thru the wax to the paint. True ?

    Micro Fiber Towel Storage

I would be glad to BUT...I have never learned to attach pictures to a post on this forum. There is not much of a "Set up" to this. It comes assembled ready to go...not even in a box so you can see what you are getting. I sat mine on top of four " Half blocks" with a piece of plywood cut to fit...

    Still woudering about V-7

That was one of the questions that came up in the earlier discussions that maybe there was some sort of solvent in the V-7 ? However there was no conclusion reached. Some thought so and some didn't but many were seeing less beading after using V-7 over their existing LSP. Wheither the V-7 was...

    Still woudering about V-7

Several months ago there was a discussion about what CG V-7 was and how it works. The big question was if after a couple of uses did it remove the LSP. This doubt was based on several obversations that after a couple of uses that the beading of the previous LSP disappeared. In my supplies I have...

One time I used an acrylic polish and detail spray that gave me the look or "Pop" on the white I was after. Almost a porcelain white look. The problem is...
