If you're going to use EXO ($) then I would follow their recommendation and use Panel Wipe.
I use Eraser alot and follow with CQuartz or conventional sealants/waxes......have not tried EXO.
Some think Eraser might leave something behind that could interefere with EXO.
BFWD is impossible to completely get out of pads, so I imagine the BF TP&S would be very difficult also to clean up 100%.
I've used BF pad cleaner to clean BFWD pads and did a so so job.....just clean it as best you can and dedicate that pad to the TP&S would be my advice.
After 3-4 layers over a few months, I clean off everything and start again. It just seems fresher and "better" to clean and redo, rather than keep layering. I "try" to only polish once a year to conserve clearcoat.
After polishing and before the LSP I sometimes use a glaze.
The abrasives in some glazes are mild and will not come into play if you apply it by hand or with a finishing (soft pad) and light pressure.
Some acrylic based glazes can be applied under or on top of sealants or waxes. Glazes can...
I have many high quality MF towels which eventually lint....(Cobras, Zainos, Sonus). Sometimes I'll use a long nap MF for the waterless wash, then follow with the waffle weave to remove any lint.
Yes, shipping costs can be high (25% to 60%+ of the order cost can be shipping), but AG service, promptness, shipping care, and assortment of products brings me back.
And,as mentioned above, if a product is damaged, AG replaces it quickly.
I would wait and use Reload on the CQ. But, you could always do a test spot (small area). I doubt the OC would last very long on CQ.
I have topped CQ with waxes and booster sprays (WGSS, HV7, etc) with no problems....as far as looks. Durability is not a big concern for me.
I've put wax on top of regular CQ. Looks great, not really concerned about the wax durability too much. I really don't see an oily surface from my waxes or sealants...slick yes, oily..not really.
Also, with CQ, once Reload is applied the surface is pretty slick not grabby.
