That's most likely a shipping problem. Not sure what they are though. I try to refrain from calling AG and to always give them the benefit of the doubt but since these are pads and the beads won't come out, I would call them and see if you can replace them.

Same here except swap the GG for the PC and no MF pads and the occasionally rotary, but nowhere near as much anymore.
