I typically throw them in a bucket filled with water and some ONR after every wash. I leave them there until I have time to do wash then I lint roll them after I dry them. Even after all that I still find little twigs and crap that I have to pick out with tweezers and I dont even let them...

Washed my neighbor's (new to him) Cayenne. He said he paid to have it coated 4 weeks ago. It was covered in swirls and had no hydrophobic properties at all, as if it wasn't even protected. I told him I bet it wasn't even coated. What would cause a coating to die in 4 weeks? Any thoughts...
