It about the same, but its a little lower tone. I was also using a rupes yellow pad and the griots correcting cream. Was impressed with the cream. I had a really long working time and didn't dust. It finished out just like the fg400 when used with the rupes yellow pad.

Another good on is Lucas tire shine. Water based doesn't sling and lasts a long time. Its also around $7.

I did and picked up the rupes 21. Best move i made, like it so much better then the flex. Much easier to use.

Just tried some lucas slick mist tire shine and its awesome. Its watered base and doesnt' sling. Best of all its OTC. I like it better then my pinnicle and optima tire shine. A good product.

I just got the dp coating and i'm having a hard time with it. I did three cars, put two coats on them and used 1/3 bottle. My problem was trying to figure out if i put enough on and if it covered everything. After i spray the coating on its hard to see what was covered. I was wondering what...

Souveran collected dust really bad for me on my blue chevelle. I switched to bfwd and it doesnt attract dust as much.

I liked BF and Pinnacle waterless but renewed the pinnacle because its a lot cheaper to use.

Man I dont understand why some ppl have so many problems on curved surfaces. Mine works great. Ppl need to remember u dont have to use hardly any pressure. Sure if your pushing on it hard on curved surfaces it will bog down but its not neede.

No I would just do a light polish of my impala then wipe it down before the coating. I think I might get the dp prep stuff.
