    Review of Flex XC3401 VRG

I don't think you would regret it. Just imagine using this thing on that beautiful Mustang.... I know I'm bad and not helping matters:D!

    Review of Flex XC3401 VRG

Pete the business I bought from told me that Flex knew that the backing plate had an issue with possibly the velcro seperating so they had come up with this size as an alternative and he said we'll send it to you for free. You have to love that!

    Review of Flex XC3401 VRG

Thanks and PC is now relegated to shampooing and interior work only. My backing plate has already been removed from it and the green aqua brush installed.

    NY Newbie

Some very good advice there. I would also really start paying attention to the Show & Shines as you can learn a ton of helpful info from the way a lot of the guys here work. Just read a bunch of them and you'll learn whose work you really admire and then PM a few of them some questions because...

    Question about OCW

Smells like cookies to me! Plus I really like it's performance. You would not go wrong with this spray wax.

    Review of Flex XC3401 VRG

Final thoughts and analysis: The Flex is an absolute godsend for me. I wish I had been able to spend the time practicing with the rotary and really wish I could have had a mentor to really guide me because I think I would have really loved the Hitachi. But here in the real world I just didn’t...

    Review of Flex XC3401 VRG

Let me preface this review by saying my comparisons will be made to the PC and my limited use of the rotary (Hitachi). Also I will be the first to admit that if you have mastered the rotary you can do everything with one tool and this may not be a need for you, however if you are like myself and...

has anyone tried the flex xc3401vrg yet.

It is everything that ZoranC says it is. I went soley off his and redg35's posts on this and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. My PC is now relegated to shampoo duty only. I'm going to try and get a full fledged review with pics up soon. I'm telling you this thing is the next best...

    foam gun

When I use my foam gun I have the metering module set to the last setting for maximum foam (DP Xtreme Soap even says to in the directions I believe). First I rinse the car, then foam up a section, wash that section, and rinse. I use a seperate rinse bucket for my mitt, then move on to the next...

    Honda, DP&SC Review!

Hey Sparkie nice job on the Honda. I too love the SC Beyond Black and it is the absolute PERFECT tire dressing for Goodyears that have those ignorant (as far as detailing goes) ridges on the sidewalls. It will not puddle or pool and never ever never ever never slings off.

    The Joke Thread

80 year old man goes up to a nudist colony. He tells the girl in the office he is thinking about joining. She tells him that the cost is $10,000. The old man says "Wow, $10,000 is a lot of money!" The woman says, "Well nudist colonies aren't for everyone. I'll tell you what why don't you go...

Great work there bro! WOW is about all I can say. When I looked at the first pic I thought is was a picture straight out of a Ford brochure! You did awesome work there and your pictures are some of the best I've seen.

My first motorcycle detail: 2004 Bigboy

This is what I've been told as well. At least 1/3 of the guys I work with ride and most have asked me to detail their bikes but like you Dust I've shied away since I don't ride and know next to nothing about bikes. I've been told that without a lift detailing a bike can be murder on the knees...

    Ulti-Mit cleaning question

If you are using just one bucket this could very well be the culprit. Even though you are using a grit gaurd the suds will hold any dirt that goes by them, thats what they do. When they are on the car they encapsulate dirt so you are just transferring them back to your bucket and putting them...

    Hey AG, sell us some...

I buy my bottles which are almost identical to the Menz bottles off Ebay and depending on how many you buy you can get them usually including shipping for less than $1 each. I'll try and get the link and if it's OK with the Mods I'll post it.
