Souveran- am i the only one

Thanks Killr, the article in your link was the one I was referring to a few post prior to this.

Souveran- am i the only one

Sorry, I don't really have the answer to that. My guess is that it's all about marketing. People believe that the higher the percentage of carnauba in the container the better the wax must be. I personally believe that there is more to it than this. Maybe someone will step in here and have some...

Souveran- am i the only one

That little secret is something Pinnacle has never advertised. At least in none of the material I've ever seen. I've seen a few remarks on it by the original maker and his comment was: "enough to get the job done well" or at least something along those lines.

    My apologies ...

If you are going for the make it easy set up, get the Edge Pad Kit. Can't get any easier than that. As far as SG being difficult, the only thing really difficult about it is know how thin, "thin" is. That said there are easier sealants to apply. I'm a carnauba guy but if you're looking for an...

    Samples Exchanges Between Forum Members

This is a little side step here but relevant. I've found NXT shampoo to be pretty harsh (relatively speaking). In Meguiar's line up I believe Gold Class to be the better choice. One thing for sure, with as many shampoos as Meguiar's offers just about anyone can find one that they can use.;)

    New member. PLEASE READ!

That sounds pretty good considering you pay room and board and for three squares a day. Sounds like their getting the best of you.

I had not seen this but I just checked and this appears to be the case. How could anyone have a problem with such a nice guy who gives great reviews and calls it like he sees it? Sorry Justin.

Get a rope! :D You must not have read the disclaimer on the bottom of the label. It doesn't work well in Canada and yes of course you are entitled to your opinion.;) Seriously though, this topic is no different than any number of the Zaino threads you've read on various forums over the past...

    Tornador

Anyone ever heard of a cleaning device called a Tornador? Anyone ever used one? Comments appreciated.

Simple Green on wheels and tires.

I wouldn't consider putting this on the whole car. It would certainly strip wax and who knows what else. It works well on wheels and tire due the the element they live in. It cuts, oil, tar and brake dust well. It's way to strong for the rest of the car. That old saying about using the least...

Simple Green on wheels and tires.

I've had zero problem with Simple Green on painted wheels. It's just the uncoated wheels that I'm suggesting you keep it away from. I pick my 5 gallon containers up at Checker Auto (Shuck's or Kragen depending which part of the country you live), I've also seen it at Auto Zone. It's only about...

Simple Green on wheels and tires.

I find it to work very well on tires and wheels with the exception of uncoated polished wheels. In this case don't use it period. It can leave a milky splotchy stain on them (don't ask me how I know). As with other strong cleaners it's best if Simple Green isn't applied to a hot wheel. If...

    OT: New pipes!

Nah, I wasn't asking anything, just said it's an interesting choice. I've ridden a number of bikes with them and they can be fun. That said, with respect to the comment I made is simply that for a bike (ultimate cruiser) that I'm going to put a thousand miles on in a couple of days travel they...

I just found my new beer

No, Mike's just trying to save a thread and make it worthy of discussion suited for AutoGeek's :D It kind of looks like we are lowering AG's standards to the level of the Autopian's. They have a beer thread that's dozens of pages long. Guess you can tell I'm not a beer enthusiast huh? ;) By...

Used Pc Once And Its F----- Already, Very Angry.

This is obviously a very unfortunate situation and I feel for you here. I'm not trying to fan the flames but am just curious what your expectation is here. Chances are pretty good that you've smoked this machine. That said, do you believe it is AutoGeek's responsibility to eat this PC? Whose...

    What Did Santy Bring You?

Well I must have been naughty this year, Santa didn't stop by. I did however buy myself one of these. I really needed something to speed clean up time on my concrete. This should do it. It ought to work just fine on under carriages also.

    Excessive vibration normal w/ 7424?

I don't know whether your PC is under warranty or not. If it isn't here's a link that discusses in detail how to replace the bearings in the head of the PC. Mods, if this link isn't allowed please delete. I've also included a parts diagram and parts price list...

    Rigid or Craftsman Dry/Wet Vac?

I've had very good luck with my 6 h.p. 16 gallon Ridgid. It's much quieter than my Craftsman of equivalent size.

    Kress CPS 6125 E

I think he's saying he can't get the PC in Thailand. There is a gentleman who posts quite a bit on one of the other boards. He has a detailing shop in Thailand. It appears to be a first rate business too. Many, many pictures of ultra high end sports cars. I believe these are the machines he and...
