    Pressure Washer = NO water?

I have no idea but I have read a number of posts that had similar problems trying to gravity feed the pressure washer. Some have said once the line is purged it works others have indicated that they had determined that the pressure washer pump was designed to push not pull and would not work...

Can't Believe I won! (Dewalt buffer)

Congrats on the win! By the way you don't need to go anywhere, there's tons of qualified information right here on AG. Do a search on rotaries and there will be almost more than you want to read.

    Which floor paint is good?

I put UCoatIt down about 3 years ago. It has held up extremely well and cleans up to look like new. It costs more than some of the other products on the market but I also put some commercial Rustoleum down in my basement. It doesn't hold a candle to the UCoatIt. I put 2 of UV resistant top coats...

    A Big Thank You

I'll definitely post a review. Please be patient. I've been a little scarce on the boards recently. My family has had some health problems. Actually this has been going on since last October (multiple problems). Most recently (about a month ago), I've had a total knee replacement. All was doing...

    A Big Thank You

I saw a similar thread but didn't want to jump in on someone else's post. I just wanted to give AutoGeek a big thumbs up. I won a Flex Polisher in the Autogeek forum over on DC's site (AG had a polisher give away there also). I'm also one of those people who never wins anything. I won't be able...

    HELP! Makita stopped Working

Don't guess, put an ohm meter across the chord and check for continuity.

    HELP! Makita stopped Working

Did you check for continuity across each wire? Spotting a broken wire inside its sheath can be pretty tricky at times. From your description it sounds like a wire.

    Amazing voice

Thank you for the link. I've never heard of the band before but enjoyed this song very much. I didn't particularly care for the video. I didn't think it went particularly well with the lyrics of the song (wrong mental image I guess). I'll definitely purchase the cd.

    victoriawax vs souvern vs s100

I'm one of those users who responded this way. If interested I also like 4*'s Ultimate Paint Protection followed by Souveran. There are few sealants on the market that are any more slick to the touch than UPP. It isn't as durable as some of the leaders in the longevity area but it is slicker...

    victoriawax vs souvern vs s100

I've used all of the waxes that you mention. Of the list my recommendation would be Souveran. Victoria Waxes are all very nice but it doesn't turn my crank to use my hands as applicators. I feel the same with Zymol's hand application waxes (I've tried several). I can't stand the feel and removal...

    I'm back!!

She was back and then it would seem gone again. I'm thinking she's jumped ship and has found a new favorite forum. Come back FN we miss you.:p

    Stupid me....

Hoods are a tough one. Most of the stress points (like the front lip) use a double wall design and can't be easily straightened and come out looking good. I'm thinking you're probably looking at a new hood but more important you need to have the neutral safety swithc on the Chevelle adjusted so...

AGs censorship policy is too much.

You may feel different if you were footing the bill and the provider of the forum. Nothing new here that is the way this site was set up form the beginning. Many of us have developed similar expectations somewhere along the line because we experience so many freedoms in the U.S. This however...

    NEW LINE- Surf City Garage!!!

The text on their site has changed. I already checked to see and Meg's post "was" a direct quote but now updated. The picture on their "about us" page is of a 69/70 GT 350 body style. It is a great collection of muscle cars.

    NEW LINE- Surf City Garage!!!

Agreed, but a little proofing would be a good idea, this is printed on their site. Eh, never mind, I'm being a little too anal on something that doesn't matter.

    NEW LINE- Surf City Garage!!!

So you're in agreement, this isn't an informed way to discuss your classic car collection?

    NEW LINE- Surf City Garage!!!

I'm not trying to be nit picky here but I thought I knew a thing or two about Mustang's. I've never heard of a 66 Shelby GT 500. The big blocks came to the Mustang line in 67. Can someone further enlighten me?

    Removing badges.

A heat gun or blow dryer and dental floss (slightly less abrasive than fishing line should one slip when performing the procedure) has worked well for me. One thing to take into consideration is to check and make sure that the badge being removed doesn't have any protrusions that go through the...

    Klasse Wax

This post pretty much nailed it.:iagree: I quite like the combination topped with a good carnauba. SG is quite touchy but when used correctly lasts a very long time. AIO works well as a base with just about any LSP.
