Do you have a loyalty program?

Sounds like a hassle to me. To me, it seems that customers do not like to be "tied" to something or some service, so to speak. I have some clients that purchase washes and such in advance, say 3 months at a time. I go out every 1st and 15th or whatever you set up.

Do you have a loyalty program?

I don't think I would go checking fluid levels. Something tells me it's not a great idea. Telling the customer that their transmission fluid is low, when they didn't give you permission. I don' know, maybe just my way of thinking. I would guess they would not care really. But to each his...

Do you have a loyalty program?

No. Good work ethics speak for itself. If you treat your customer right, they will treat you the same. 1967 Starline Deville - Extreme Makeover

Wow, stunning results! Doing boats is a chore. I find that it is a love/hate relationship. I start out loving it, then hating it, then finishing and loving it again! :-) I have used the 3M marine line a few times on some nasty boats, and I must say that I was quite impressed by the outcome...

Been a long time since I have been on AGO. The business has been keeping me wrapped up in work, naturally. Starting to feel the "slow down" so to speak. Anyways, I feel like a new member again, just wanted to say "Hi" and hope to be on here a little more in the next few months. Good to see...

Very Sad News I Heard Today.

Very sad news. No matter whom it is nor what type of cancer they have. I would say research is working. You just have to donate to the proper organizations. you know, the ones that don't keep half the money for themselves. St. Judes is good. ACS (American Cancer Society) as well. I donate...
