Recommend an environmentaly friendly tire cleaner

Poorboy's Bold N Bright is water based, but I don't know that it is truly environmentally friendly. Many people don't realize it, but BnB is a good cleaner as well as a dressing. I spray it on, scrub with a brush, and wipe the tire with an old terry towel. That leaves the tire with a matte...

    Favorite all in one/APC?

Those would certainly be my choices and I have tried a lot of them. Works great and priced right. Mixed at 10 parts water to 1 part product, it does almost all of my cleaning. Carpet, upholstery, vinyl, anything that can have a liquid used on it. I do have some mixed at 4 parts water to 1 part...

    Klasse ALIO and Klasse Glaze

It's amazing how many different opinions there are about Klasse AIO. Lasts months, lasts weeks. I vote for weeks. :) Leaves protection, doesn't leave protection. If it doesn't then why do they claim it does? From the AG ad copy. 5. Your vehicle will be clean, polished and protected for 4 to 8...

    Klasse ALIO and Klasse Glaze

There is no question that results vary for different people due to different conditions, but..... My comparison was on the same vehicle under the same conditions although the mirrors were on opposite sides of the vehicle. :) Since I didn't and don't plan to use KAIO as a LSP, it's a moot point...

    Dilutions

You don't seem to be confused at all. :) I do think most of the products we use and dilute do have the water to product ratio listed with the water first. I can't think of any I use that don't list it that way unless they are saying x number of ounces per gallon like DP RW&G or ONR.

    Klasse ALIO and Klasse Glaze

Interesting. None of the Klasse AIO I have purchased came with any instructions other than those on the bottle. Different vendors, too. Anyway, the instructions on the bottle don't say a thing about a second "coat". Given that KAIO cleans/removes previous wax/sealant, how is it going to leave...

    Dilutions

No, no, no! The dilution ratios we are talking about are equal measurements. I usually think the ratio has the water first so a 10:1 would be 10 parts water, 1 part product. That would hold true for ounces or gallons although ounces is more commonly used by hobby detailers. A 4:2 ratio is...

    Dilutions

B would be and is my method of dilution. I don't quite understand what you are saying in the portion of your post that I hi-lited. To me: 1:1 = 1 part water, 1 part product 2:1 = 2 parts water, 1 part product 10:1 = 10 parts water, 1 part product Etc.

    Klasse ALIO and Klasse Glaze

As far as use of the two products, I have only used the AIO. I read so many posts about the SG being finicky that I never bothered with it. The number of people that had a problem was reason enough to use a product that wasn't finicky. There's lots of them out there. One reason I used the AIO...

Olá e boas-vindas Your English will be a heck of a lot better than our Portuguese. (I took my greeting from an on-line translator)

    Rinseless wash and Supreme 530

Interesting, I'll have to try that. I do use a damp 530 MF towel fo make my first "drying" pass and do a final pass with another MF. The damp towel leaves a little moisture behind and that works great if you want to use some Aqua Wax as part of the drying step. I use the same 530 for the entire...

    Insulator Wax 845

It should work fine on any painted surface. If the bumper is the textured finish, you might want to try a small area to make sure it doesn't leave any white residue. I don't think it will, but it would be best to try before you do a large area.

    Klasse ALIO and Klasse Glaze

I'm not familiar with the PPCL, but going by the name, I would guess the PPCL doesn't leave any protection behind. The KAIO does although I don't personally feel that protection is all that great. I have no idea what "Purple Haze" is, but yes, the KAIO will pretty much remove any wax/sealant on...

    Klasse ALIO and Klasse Glaze

The Klasse AIO won't do much for the swirls, but it is an excellent cleaner/prep that is very easy to use. Your vehicle will probably look great, but the Klasse AIO didn't have much durability in my experience. I used it as a base for a last step product with more durability.

Foam Gun, DP Wash and Gloss, DP Xtreme Foam Formula Auto Shampoo

By "DP Wash & Gloss" are you referring to DP Rinseless Wash & Gloss? Your process seems a little strange. Foamed the vehicle with DP Extreme Foam, didn't rinse. Washed the vehicle with DP RW&G and did rinse. While it seems to me that the product use and mix is very strange, the important thing...

    Insulator Wax 845

While my #845 was quite thick, it certainly wasn't "crystalized". You may have something different going on. If it does mix up and become a thinner viscosity, it's probably OK. If you still have crystals after shaking it thoroughly, you might want to contact the vendor. Thick = Normal...

Storing waxes in colored vs. clear bottles

No scientific data, but I have been doing what you are considering for years with no problems that I am aware of. Most of my bottles are somewhat translucent rather than 100% clear and the Meguiar's bottle you link to appears to be about the same. I do think it is important that the bottles seal...

    DP Rinseless Wash and Gloss

While I do like the DP RW&G, I'm not sure I consider it "better" than ONR. They seem to be pretty equal in performance to me. I know some people comment on a nicer scent, but I never really noticed anything good or bad about the smell of either product. My choice would probably be based on...
