Yea so I have Gold Plush Jrs that I bought from AG and then some Gold Plush Jrs (different name) from another supplier. Anyways i couldnt even tell you which ones are which because they are exactly the same. Maybe I will order some more of those.

What do you guys recommend in terms of towels for removing coatings? I buy my towels elsewhere (although they are literally identical to what is sold here at AG).

This is probably a bit of a silly topic, but I find that it is little techniques that can save you a lot of time. I used to spray my product (Meg's APC, Meg's QD, McKees Interior Cleaner/Protectant, whatever it is I am using) directly onto the interior surface. This was messy...over spray gets...

This is just for my personal vehicle...I will be doing a coating literally once or twice a year...I guess for now I will use my Gold Plush Jrs

Good grief...think I will avoid coatings then...not going to go and spend a bunch more money on coating specific towels.

This is probably a stupid question, but do paint coating wash off microfibers when you wash them? Or is it like once they are used for wiping off a coating they have to only be used for coatings in the future?

Yea I don't doubt it...gonna go pick up a 32oz bottle at Home Depot and some 70% IPA

Cool maybe I will do that...somewhere in the middle between 10% and 25% solution sounds good.

Reading some of Mike Phillips Articles I am a little iffy about using IPA...maybe I ought to just buy the Optimum Prep Spry

Okay...so 32oz spray bottle I would do 16oz water 16oz IPA? What IPA concentration do you use? They usually come in 50, 70, and 91 I think...

I guess I need to look up this IPA wipe as I always hear people talking about that. That could be a cheap alternative to buying the Optimum Prep Spray. So I could do: M205 on black pad IPA wipe McKees Paint Coating ?

Hey guys, A fellow Autogeeker suggested using Optimum Paint Prep before McKees Paint Coating instead of the McKees Coating Prep as it would save me a lot of time. I have a big F150 and doing a polish like M205 followed by McKees Coating Prep Polish and then following that with the Paint Coating...
