i've had good luck with HD Polish on soft paint, Menz PF2500 and SF4000 work great too. i just finished a Ferrari 360 with soft blue paint, i did a one step polish using PF2500 with a Rupes white pad. i couldnt get my Flex to finish out as well as the Rupes.

i have not used the Quartz polish yet. i did try Sonax EX 04-06 on the other fender, it finished out the same, but it didnt remove all of the swirls the UHS did.

i use microfiber pads with cutting compound for heave defect removal. i use foam pads for polishing (removing haze left by microfiber pads, 1 step polish, AIO....) soft foam pad for applying paint sealant

i think EXO is more of a topper coating, it increases the surface slickness and hyrophobic properties of C1. i'm not sure if EXO has any "sratch resistance", but it will make washing your car super easy.
