i found that 40 steel wool will leave micro scratches which will show up under the sun at certain angles. i was trying to get hard water spots off. be careful with it! budinsc

if you see micro marring creeping back in try mez micro polish po 87mc. it finishes out like glass and is easy to use with no dust or slinging. i use it on my wifes 07 black mb and love it. budinsc

i too love leathermaster protection cream. made in italy and leaves the leather looking rich and factory fresh not greasy. simple 1 step and is absorbed almost immediately. dont know how it would react to a coated leather. learned about it on the forum and can buy it from ag. budinsc

try wd 40. as a universal solvent it is great. it even took duct tape glue off my black leather seats with no problem or discoloring. budinsc

try mez super intensive polish and then mez micro polish. i got much better results than megs 205/105. finally top with ultima sealant and itll blow your mind. hope this helps. budinsc
