Glaze will just cover it up, the defects will come back when it washes off. Id suggest a professional paint correction. I doubt the dealer will pay though, since you didnt explicitly tell them not to wash it.

I believe ceramic window tint are a misnomer and they actually contain metal. Ceramic coatings do not.
