Poor jad3N... to answer your main question, PC 7424 is a very safe tool to use without much practice if you follow directions. Most of the swirls were gone after i used it 1st time (about 5months ago) and i was very happy with the results (compared to my 1st time with a rotary). Bottom line...

I use Meguiars mirror glaze on my dark color accord, and had very nice results. I use it with my PC and CCS 5.5/6.5 pads, and find it a very good product for once-a-month detailer.

I use a brush on a keyboard (with computer off) sometimes a light spray of APC.

Wetsanded my hood with Meguires 2000/3000 unigrit sand paper, the trick is to use backing pad and going in one direction. Finished it up with a PC.

Never tried Megs wheel cleaner, as of right now my favorite is Amazing Roll-Off... i clean my tires with my over the counter leftovers i have, than i apply roll-off (1part water:1part roll-off) and scrub/rinse.
