Degreed cam, checked piston to valve clearance and finished assembling shortblock. Slowly coming together.

I've only used CSL+EXOV4 and Cquartz SiC (on one door). My CSL+EXOV4 was going strong @ 2 years (but less than 10k miles) and always garaged. Applying CSL/EXO was easier than Cquartz SiC...or at least it was easier to tell when the product was ready to wipe. I had a hard time telling when...

The bottle I picked up was separated as well. I shook it up and looked fine. I don't think it was any more runny than the Megs UP that I have. My 3-in-1 spray has some settling as well and needs a shake before use. My thought is that it's normal.
