Clear gel hand sanitizer works great. It is mostly alcohol and the gel even holds on vertical surfaces pretty well.

Check out Duragloss 501 as well. It is a chemical paint cleaner and it works great on single stage paints.

Carpro has a water spot remover, MX7 has been suggested, and there are lots of chemical water spot removers esp if you search under boating products. Those are very nasty-whatever you do once you correct the situation take precautions to not let it happen again.

Yes, 501 then 105 with 601 for the finish. They are mostly chemical cleaners though and do a fantastic job at removing oxidation and give great protection. If you have swirls etc then I would go with a polish like Meguiars or Menzerna or HD, or Sonax or Optimum first (list goes on).

What about trying a non abrasive approach first like power washing, or using something solvent based like PrepSol or Stoners Xenit on a soft microfiber you throw away. It could save you a polishing step.
