My advice would be to hit it again with MF pads and some Menzerna SF4000. I find this combo to work very well on lightly swirled ford paint. The MF pads give you the cut but finish out beautifully with Menz 4000. Then apply CQUK and be done with it! :-)

Decon, light polish, CQUK! Unless you enjoy applying new waxes and sealants throughout the year. In that case go with either Wolfgang deep gloss paint sealant, Sonax Netshield, or Menzerna power lock.

If my towels get heavily soiled I'll presoak them in a 5 gallon bucket of hot water and about 2 ounces of OPC. For washing I use 1.5 ounces of BF MF detergent and 1.5 ounces of OPC. 2 ounces of OPC for pre-wash if needed.

Actually yes, adding a little APC to the mix does help to soften the bugs and grime. During winters I get pretty good results using 2oz's of CG wash clear and 1oz of OPC in a cannon. Knocks off 80% of the sand, salt, and winter grime but leaves a light film behind that easily washes away safetly...

I only use a cannon for upper level corrections and winter touchless washing.

Best advice I can give...sell black truck and buy white or silver! Lol! I own a black truck! Definitely go with a coating! I have CQUK on mine and use it almost exclusively on clients vehicles.
