That looks like a fairly cheap Chinese brand. At least it looks alot like mine which is exactly what I described. It worked great for years, I decided to flush it and now it only goes up about halfway. Man, I'm bummed... tried filling it every which way I can think of too.

The reliability is actually trending down from a very reliable peak in the 80's and early 90's to about the year 2002. Technology got added all over the place, things are way more tweeked than they ever were and it's hard to keep that performance edge in a street car AND keep it from breaking...
