I have the Durrmaid and have used it for a couple of years. It works and runs on my 15 amp service. I had the opportunity to use the Mytee at Boot Camp and it is by far easier to use and IMO a much better machine. I recommend the Mytee and Mike's Boot Camp without any reservations.

Talk about a product that does what it advertises. Nothing more, nothing less. It just works. You do have to make sure it is both clean and almost dry. It works well on windows that are basically clean. I haven't tried it on anything really nasty yet.

If that were the case, how would it work on any color. I guess it could work like a glaze and it does the same on many colors. I don't think it is a scam as much as possibly misleading advertising.

The key may be they refer to them repeatedly as "surface scratches". It looks like this is just another compound to remove the scratches. We do this every day when we do paint correction. If the scratch is through the clearcoat, I don't see any way they can polish that out.

If the car isn't that dirty, is there really a need for the foaming pre-wash? Of course, to be totally safe and kind to your finish, foam and two bucket are recommended. What can it hurt?

Ouch. We have all been there. I wear regular mechanic gloves. Seem to work well and protection is definitely a good idea.

There really is no competition for steam. Even low pressure steamers do some incredible work. Glad it's working for you.

The only thing I have found that effectively removes blue dye is Four Star Leather Gel. I live that stuff. I use 1Z Cockpit on everything else but been reluctantant to use it on leather, even treated leather.
