    Polish Poly in Wood?

I have stripped and stained my kitchen table. I have laid 3 coats of gloss poly. I have read that you can use light car polish to well polish the finish to a high gloss shine. Is this true, and if anyone has done it, what have they used? I'm thinking 205 with a white pad..

    Are people really this cheap?

I did my friends headlights yesterday. Wet sanded, compounded, polished, and coated. I did it for free because we've been friends for about 26 years now. He went home and posted about it on Facebook saying I do it for a good price and these are some of the responses

Use deionized or distilled water. It'll preserve the life of your machine. Pretreat any cloth area with a dedicated stain remover. Agitate and let sit for a little bit to break up the stains Allow your machine to heat up for 15-20mins before you get to work.

First time DA'ing! Pad care and storage questions!

I posted this in another thread. I bought a piece of 1x4 from Lowes and some adhesive hook and loop on a roll. I cut the wood about 3 feet and stuck the Velcro to it. I hung it over my basement sink to allow the pads to drain and drip dry in the sink

Used the BOGO to try a coating for the first time and ordered a few other things. The compound an wax were complimentary. I was not expecting the 8oz bottle of Wolfgang Plastik Lens Cleaner 👍 I think it was sent to me by mistake. I will put it to good use. Greatfully accepted!

*NEW* BLACKFIRE Crystal Coat Paint Coating!

My question, if this stuff is so problematic, why hasn't Blackfire done anything to change the formula? Why does autogeek still push this stuff to customers? I'll be trying it this weekend when it arrives. Hopefully it's not as rough as some have stated

*NEW* BLACKFIRE Crystal Coat Paint Coating!

Just bought this on the BOGO. Watched the video and sounded so easy to apply, now I'm reading here it's a nightmare.... Wonder if I just wasted 40 dollars. I know you get what you pay for but this is my intro to the coating world so I wanted to go cheap to learn proper application techs
