    Windshield Question

If your windshield has multiple or harder curves I would pay for OEM. I went through 3 safelite windshields due to distortion. Then the first OEM no issue. My in-laws went through 2 due to poor connections with the rain sensor. Make sure you get some kind of warranty for leaks and...

    Washing MF's with Megs APC

I personally would not use Megs D101 as it says it contains fabric softeners. Which is not good for MF. How much it contains, I don't know. I wouldn't risk it. 3D towel kleen is great, you can also use a quality free and clear laundry detergent.

    Dodo juice ??

I love Purple Haze Pro topped with Blue Velvet on my Taurus. It seems to define the flake and really bring out the black base. The flake also shimmers in the sun.

Your reason for being pro or anti fillers...discuss

On a daily driver I'm all for fillers that are not removed by normal washing. The objective is have a great looking finish with minute to defect free appearance while preserving the clear coat. If it is a garage queen or show car then I don't want fillers, or orange peel in that case. I want a...

    HD Speed - usage

Sorry forgot about staining. I use the pads with other polishes with no adverse effects. As far as correction, I would say it's between Menz 2500 and 4000. Closer to Menz 2500. It does have fillers, so don't be surprised after the first wash. I love using it. It is great for people you know...

What are the the top three tire shine products for a wet long-lasting look?

    1. Opti-bond(water based and nice gloss/sheen) applied with a brush or air gun straight. Not personal favorites but will use on customers/family cars. 2. Megs Endurance gel for the people want a long lasting high gloss dressing. 3. Meguiars Hyper Dressing for the multiple dilution ratios...

    Opti tire gel question

Opti-bond can be diluted as with most, if not all water based dressings. If diluting, 1:1 is recommended, but could possibly be diluted further. I have only used the recommended rate. I have yet to use it on interiors so I have no input there. Megs HD is a great all around dressing, however...

    VW Leatherette

Any regular vinyl protectant works. We actually just got rid of my wife's beetle with it. You could also use a "leather" protectant that has a leather scent, if you want the aroma. A good OTC is mothers VLR ( I personally don't care for the scent). I used Wolfgang cockpit sealant on the whole...

Which one step cleaner+wax should I get?

It is an excellent product even my wife has commented on how much time it has taken off my one step polish jobs. Plus I like the red reusable seal under the squeeze cap. Makes me feel a little better about storing the product. As well as getting the bigger bottle.
