It can be used as a drying aid but it's not quite the best there. The blackfire polymer spray is better as a drying aid. It's also good for Windows. I usually do the poly spray when drying then go over it with the Midnight Sun spray wax as a finisher.

I have the Griots system and went through the same thing you did. Griots won for me because of the valve diverter built into the top. So you can connect all your hoses and bypass the DI tank until final rinse to save resin. Biggest complaints: unit is really unstable. If you are on a driveway...

Paint and door jambs only - about 30 min, if doing wheels add about 20-25 min more. Than I usually hit it with a spray wax or sealant.

Beautiful work as always - that Brembo dust is nasty. Drives me crazy on my SRT so I can appreciate the scrubbing that went into cleaning those rims! Did you do anything to minimize orange peel or the flat panels?

Wait - spray wax should not impede your protectant and simply add a layer to fill in gaps lost. Same reason to use reload or other products. I use as a drying aid and then to clean up any potential water spots or streaks as a finishing touch.

Beautiful work! Wondering if you saw bad orange peel on the car? My 2015 jeep in the same color has some pretty noticeable areas on the hood and doors. Did this car have that and, if so, did you find the essence + MF pad knocked it down a bit? Reflection shots look smooth so was curious.
