    Has anyone use D114

I use D114 all the time and Meguiar's does say that it leaves nothing behind. Altho I have no scientific proof, I can say that the paint actually squeaks after all is said and done.

How long does spray wax extend the life of your base wax?

The Spray wax myth, specifically Aqua Wax

Swanicyouth is right. There was a whole thread about this but think about it. Wax is meant to protect your finish from the elements but if all it took was some alcohol to remove it, it really isn't doing its job very well.

How long does spray wax extend the life of your base wax?

I want to thank these two guys for mentioning the above. I was so waiting for someone to say this. Just to paraphrase some of this and to add my own thoughts.... Beading ALONE is a not an indicator for the presence of wax. As mentioned, it is about surface tension. For example, rub on some oil...

What day do you typically wash your car?

My #1 preference is Friday night so that the car and the tire dressing fully dries for me to enjoy the car on the weekend.

Some Car Basic Maintenance: How To....

Only thing I can add is... double check your torque specs! I have broken a caliper slide pin thinking the torque specs were the same from front and back. Size of the caliper should have given me enough hints but stupid me... decided to ignore it.
