    3D HD Speed?

HD Speed is good as a standalone but there are a few options: - HD Poxy - HD Nitro Seal (my personal favorite) - HD Express

    Folex on alcantera?

No worries at all. I used Folex on the seats of a Charger a few years ago and it worked great. Our methods were different but we achieved the same results, clean seats and a happy customer. :) I honestly didn't think much of the pH level of distilled water until I was working with my chemist...

    Folex on alcantera?

I err on the side of caution and still rinse, especially since their chemist said it is high pH. True their label says no rinsing required which is suitable in most situations. Just a personal choice to rinse, doesn't mean you have to get upset at the recommendation. Given that I have used...

    Folex on alcantera?

Give them a call. I spoke to their chemist and he said that it is high pH but would not give an exact number. Tap water is typically close to neutral but distilled from my research is not.

    Folex on alcantera?

I would purchase a dedicated Alcantara cleaner to keep on hand for these types of jobs. If you choose to use Folex, mist the microfiber towel and gently wipe the material. Follow with a distilled water dampened microfiber towel to rinse the fibers. Folex is high pH and distilled water is...

    OTC Fabric Guard?

Whatever you use make sure to thoroughly clean the material first, then use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm the surface to 85 degrees F minimum. Apply your protectant then use the heat gun or hair dryer again to bake the product in. Apply 2-3 layers in this fashion and you should be fine...

    Pinnacle Signature Series II Wax

It's actually a good paste. Application was easy and dust attraction is pretty low.

    D114 first impressions

Same here. I first posted about it and met some resistance but it didn't take long to catch on. I have since increased the ratio and typically use 2 ounces D114 mixed in a 32 ounce bottle of 25-30% IPA solution. Another Use For D114 - Rinse Free Express Wash

    Onr + d156 = ?

A friend of mine, Bruce McMillan, started a trend of using ONR to wash then immediately mist the wet surface with Opti-Seal, then buff dry. I'm pretty sure Dann Williams does this as well.

3D HD Touch as RINSELESS wash?

To my knowledge it is only available in ready to use form, no dilution required. This applies to both 3D Waterless and HD Touch. If there is an off label use as a rinseless wash, I have not heard of anyone doing so. Maybe ping the folks at 3D/HD?

Which "Non Pro" Coating offers the most for a small business?

I made a typo, should've read "Duragloss Enviroshield" If you are speaking of Sonax Polymer Netshield, then that is not a coating. SPNS is a topper that was made for their coating across the pond to fight water spots. It happens to be one of the most durable "toppers" around and can last a...

    Rupes or Griots Boss?

After 7 pages I think this was about the only answer that provided depth such as why. If it was previously posted I could have missed it while trying to skim through responses about each company rather than each polisher.

Which "Non Pro" Coating offers the most for a small business?

Are you set on those brands only? What about Duragloss Eviroshield, C.A.R BP1/2, or the Autogeek house brands? What other criteria do you seek in the coating?
