    I own the 3401 and the PE-14, gotta to say I love both, but the pe14 is just an amazing improvement compared to the noname rotary I used before, it's light, powerfull, and so easy to handle!

    I have 6 of the big ones , and I love them! I usually go over the car with a damp cobra 530 to get the most of it off, then I get it really dry with the dry me crazy.

    Whats the hardest finish to protect soft clear coat

    On my Rav4's ultra soft black paint, I tried OC2, hardbody and cquartz uk... none of them added any scratch protection IMO. cquartz uk seemed to fill in some fine scratches, but that's it. so now I think I'm just going to use a wax with fillers!

    I usually like the CG soaps, but when I ran out of maxi suds I tried the purple wash and wax... gummes up my foam cannon because it was a bit in clumps, then when i rinsed, I reallized it killed all beading! rewashed again with Sonax soap instead, and beading came back!

    on the wheels video, he says at the end that his wash has an hydrophobic element that protects paint, so they shoot water on the car, and no sheeting or beading at all! lol

    501 mixed with 601, very good durability, and easy to work. Hydro2 is easy but lasts only 2 months

    Most places like that use Aquapel, which is a really good product, but I don't like the applicator! always have a feeling it's going on too thick at the start, and then too thin at the end...

    Rushing after surgery

    When my appendix burst 2 years ago, I spent 1 month in hospital (bad infection) and the only thing I was thinking about was to get home to wash my car... 2 months at home, but my wife never let me touch the car... seems other were more worried about me dying than myself.. lol
