You are basically doing a 1 step detail. I wouldn't even bother with the 2 step for that price unless they are asking for it, in which case you can charge more. A full 2 step detail takes me 2 days. That being said though, are they your only pads? Do you always use the same pads and products on...

Sealant or wax will come off of your windshield very quickly due to the wipers.

They seems pretty deep, wet sanding would certainly work. Just take it very slowly and check your work after every few passes.
