I have used Opti seal, it does flash dry, a little goes a long way. It takes a little practice to apply evenly. I am unsure about cure time, but 8-12 should be sufficent

I have used it with good success and it does last longer. Be sure the glass is completely clean. Just follow the instructions and you should have good results.
