I have some OCW and it is altogether different than V7. First off, OCW has the thicker "spray wax" consistency. So it applies differently that V7, which applies more like a QD. V7 gives more of what I would call a synthetic pop, whereas OCW gives more of a warm glow. Both are great, but...

I had the same feelings after doing BL / V7...nothing wrong at all with the BL, but the V7 seemed extra special.

Some googling answered my own question - answer is Ecolab, who makes "Blue Corral" professional line of stuff used at car washes. Apparently Pennzoil makes Blue Corral stuff you see at your typical auto parts store, fwiw. HRJ

Everything I've tried from Wolfgang has been very good, from the Twins to Fuzion. I guess I have to disagree on that one!

I've really been wanting to try something like this. I've read up on your damp sanding article and such. However, I'm still afraid to jump into it because of my experience with wet sanding - when I wet sand, which I'm pretty good at, I turn off the radio so I can hear the sanding and listen...

I've used both but not enough to do any scientific comparison. They are different, as has already been said. The BL by itself didn't do a lot for me, but the V7 for sure makes it pop. What I don't know is if V7 wouldn't make a lot of things pop. The BFWD doesn't need any help. My curiosity...
