lol man... I live in Rocky Mount, NC. You don't have much to worry about. I bet it gets down lower than 50F though. Either way if you do even get any snow it won't be for long. But NC/SC does like to salt bridges if it's freezing over night. I use WG sealant on my corvette all the time...

What is the clay removing if it's not getting down to the paint surface? Contaminants in the wax?

More videos are good. Can never have enough demos. What is the advantage of removing wax with a bonnet on the PC? I tried that this past weekend and felt like I was getting less done vs doing it by hand.

it took them 10 years to recall and actually fix the c5 column lock problem. GM is not in a hurry

Well hopefully I just got a bad batch or something. I used my blue pad this weekend without any issue. I guess I'm just not as confident since my first time out with them went badly. The reason I went with edge pads over LC is because of people like Surfer who have had great success with them.

Here is what your edge pad will look like if it self destructs. Jason has already replaced this for me... This is just to counter surfer's point that the edge pads are without reproach.

my vette tail lights are the worst spot. Well and the little lip around the license plate.

GT500 is less than impressive. It lost badly to a plain jane C6 (05+ corvette) in one of the car mag comparisons. I don't remember which one... it's no replacement for the GT.
