I got one, nice product, It works. You need to see all the dirt in the bottom of the bucket after you wash a car.

1st I had a quick question on the grit guards, do yours lock down or something? The black magic bucket I have has a grit guard but it won't stay down, wants to float.

2nd, bring me home one hon :D

Dose not Float! It stays in the bottom.
Execpt mine floats and a buddy's does. Soap/bubbles seem to get under and cause ours to float.

Aw man! I just got 2 red ones on Wednesday! That's a nice looking blue.

But the Black Magic bucket and grit guard I have (nice bucket and everthing, happened to check out a big lots and it was only 4.99) has a grit guard shaped kinda like ^^^^ and that seems to hold the bubbles causing it to float.

Yeah, I've read about other people having floating issues with theirs too. I haven't used mine yet. Hope it doesn't float too.

Are you using a foam gun? Ever since I started using a foam gun, my rinse buckets don't have much suds in them. There's just a very thin layer at the top. Then again, I fill my 5 gallon buckets to the very top with water...that helps to dilute the suds alot.

I use 2 grit guards and neither one floats, but i also have a euro bucket/grit guard and this one does float it wont stay down at all so i use the eurow bucket to carry my products..

Again, mine dose not float!!! It's real tight in the bucket.

I believe he is referring to the red retangular bucket...Yes they will float...I take a small plastic putty knife and wedge in-between bucket and guard. Its a great bucket for the EZ Brush and boars hair brushes.

Bingo, that's the one (the red bucket). I like it, but use it w/o the grit guard b/c the damn thing would float (what kind of design is that lol?). The grit guard itself looks to be very effective if it would stay down since it's shaped like ^^^^ which allows dirt to fall through but catches on the way up. I'll have to try a putty knife.

Meg - b-day suit color:D:p
