    The Final Wipe

I have no doubt that you and the girls were careful, Mike - I was half joking about the bracelet. Although, the topic does serve as a good refresher to be mindful of things such as: rings, watches, belt buckles, zippers and metal snaps on cargo shorts.

    The Final Wipe

Just the thought of her heavy metal bracelet that close to the paint makes me uncomfortable.

Just how necessary is using a wax or sealant.........

I have a "Garage Queen". It has 5,500 miles in roughly 2 years - so I do drive it. For me, Garage Queen means weekend driver weather permitting. As far as protection - I use Wolfgang Sealant simply beacuae it attracts less dust than wax.

    Garage lighting suggestions

Here's something I put together for lighting on the walls... I got these at Costco, comes with the fixture & lights for around $14. I modified/used mounting from the Rubbermaid FastTrack system to secure the fixtures. Using this method allows you to remove the fixtures if you like - I'm...

    Indoor cover suggestion

I have purchased the Covercraft DustTop for my last three vehicles - It is an awesome indoor cover for dust & minor protection of dings & scratches. The only negative I would offer is that it is big and bulky. If you are constantly covering & uncovering your vehicle - this might be an issue.

They are T8 - I got these at Costco, comes with the fixture & lights for around $14. I used mounting from the Rubbermaid FastTrack system to secure the fixtures. Using this method allows you to remove the fixtures if you like - I'm planning on putting up more Fast Track bars so I can add/move...

    Wolfgang topped w/Souveran

I just finished a lengthy process on my vette and wanted to share the finished result. Some of the prep work was done a few months ago when I removed the swirls & minor imperfections using SIP & 085rd. Although a bit leary, I decided to use a sealant for the very first time. So, this week, I...

Are you serious? I know about the lifetime warranty, but this was really a foolish move on my part and more like unintended abuse.

How much for your lastest tank of gas

This "idiot" has a family and a dog he hauls around on a regular basis in his SUV - the Cobalt isn't an option. By the way...speaking of bang for the buck...my vette gets 30 mpg on the hwy.

My GG 6" orbital fell off an Impala deck lid last week - busted in a few places. 100% my fault... so, incredibly even more frustrating than something failing. I've been using my back up PC 7424. Good news is it gave me a reason to order a Flex. I'm looking forward to Wednesday's AG delivery!
