When we first bought our black 96 SVT Cobra we purchased a Covercraft Noah custom cover because it would have to sit outside for about a month until the garage was cleaned out. We've since got the garage ready and the car has been garaged Everyday since last August. We found the Noah cover scratched the paint. A Covercraft Dustop is suppose to have the softest interior, but I hate to spend another $239 on another cover. Can you suggest something else to keep the dust off the car in the garage? My wife bought a very soft flannel blanket but it leaves lots of lint. I was thinking white rip stop nylon from a fabric store. Like parachute material. But I'm open to better suggestions. Thanks, Dave

I have a Covercraft Dustop. I investigated many car covers and found that the Dustop provides great indoor protection from dust and it is gentle on the finish. I have four cars and two of them are kept in storage. I use a Dustop on both. It is one of the best ways to protect your car while it is indoors without inflicting damage on the paint.

I have purchased the Covercraft DustTop for my last three vehicles - It is an awesome indoor cover for dust & minor protection of dings & scratches.

The only negative I would offer is that it is big and bulky. If you are constantly covering & uncovering your vehicle - this might be an issue.

I like just using 100% cotton sheets. 2 or 3 should do the trick

Their easy to install and easy to remove and won't scratch your paint

Thanks. The Duststop was the one I need, but thinking of 2-3 cotton sheets. Kills me on the tv car shows when the use canvas or a plastic tarp. Scratch-o-matic. I had a friend who did Saab repairs in his garage in a wooded development. He used to park them in woods and cover with Camo netting. It worked at hiding them from snoopy neighbors.

I think I know who you're talking about...I've seen his handi-work before.
