    Detail City Special Announcement!

I heard the news from Meghan the other day. Was really sad to hear of your departure. Last year after DetailFest was one of the most memorable times for me hanging out with you and the gang! Glad that you're doing something you're passionate about. Richard (Black Wow Mfg)

Advice On Small Generator For Car

Naw, to do that, you would need both volume and pressure. With a rate of 90psi and about 10 minutes of water with a 3.5gallon tank...compare that to a typical pressure water that does 1.8 to 2gpm! It just wouldn't spray any appreciable foam. But it IS the best totally self contained portable...

Advice On Small Generator For Car

I love it, but of course I sell them too, so take that into consideration. The facts are simple. I can purchase 10 gallons of Sparkletts Distilled water for $10, and wash and rinse and use distilled water in my buckets..for absolutely spot free drying...I can wash and rinse, and no need to...

Black Wow Restores 21 Year Old Door Handle

Thought this might be interesting to those looking to restore a plastic part that is no longer manufactured. This is the interior door handle of a 1988 MR2 also known as a MK1 AW11 4AGE. I purchased this 21 year old MR2 a couple months ago and noticed the interior door handle was white while...

    Trim Problem

Might want to give Black Wow a try too. Although you might be looking at a few white spots, you won't really know how faded it is, until you've put on a few drops of BW. Black WOW Exterior Trim Restorer

Advice On Small Generator For Car

I bought a Kipor that powers my rotary and PC's and shop vac. Fits inside a car or better on a cargo carrier out the back--keep the gasoline fumes outside. The best thing about the Kipor (similar to Honda but for less) is the noise..everyone is astonished when they hear the Kipor..very quiet...

Towards the end of the day, I got a chance to leave my booth and touch up this Ferrari using PW and BW. Even though the trim under the car appeared to be more of a coating, rather than plastic pieces, still the PW/BW combo worked great. I didn't have high hopes on the mirror caps but it...

Here are some additional pix of the event from my point of view "Missing Element Black Wow Demo". I demoed both PreWow (PW) precleaner and Black Wow. Everyone that purchased a bottle of BW received a sample of PW that day. A candid pic of Dwayne, lol Some more pix in next...

Oh good, that makes me feel better. Can I post the pix that I took from the event somewhere around here? I took pix of the Ferrari that needed the Black Wow mostly..before and afters. Richard

I had a great time as a vendor. I'll definitely be back again next year. Thanks for putting on a great show. The only thing I wished I could have done was finish that Element that was my demo car! I left to work on the Ferrari for 15 minutes, and came back, sat down at my booth..and wondered...

Great pix! Let me show a few more from the Jeep pix. On BW treated plastic this is what it looks like when wet. And without

    Black WOW

Yes, BW protects against future fading caused by UV. And yes it's recommended for exterior use only because it can be slippery when used on surfaces that you might come into contact with.

Interesting idea! I'm always open to new uses and suggestions. Thanks for the explanation, that makes sense. :D Richard

    Black WOW

To be quite honest, I've never tested BW with other trim products. But if you find it works better by topping than using it alone, that's great! :D Good tip on the prep--good prep is crucial to a long lasting finish, as we all know about paint. :D Richard

    Black WOW

Of course it depends on environmental conditions but it's going to last longer than any other non dye based trim product, and it will look better and more even than any dye based product. One of my customers told me that his Jeep fenders have lasted through two long snow storms and still look...

    Black WOW

Take a look at these pix of two different Jeeps. One with black plastic fenders. Black Wow on right side (untreated on left) Same color trim but on the door. The owner of this jeep used about 1/2 of the little sample bottle as viewed in the first 3 pix. That sample bottle contains...

    Black WOW

It's silicone based, if that's how you're asking how it restores the trim. It doesn't not leave a greasy or oily film behind when applied as directed.
