My Wife has a 2007 Toyota. Just finished washing it when I noticed that the trim below the wipers has a few white marks that were not there the last time I detailed it. I know it is not wax left behind. I know that she ran it through the automatic car wash about two weeks ago. I removed them bu going over them with a trim restorer. Just wondering if this was caused by the automatic car wash.Feed back please

Anything could cause it.Fall out bird crap on it.Only be concerned if it doesn't come off.

did u brush it with an APC? I was on my simple green kick last night specifically cleaning up some NASTY trim. I used dilluted SG and a pedicure brush called the mouse or something like that. Rinsed it and hit it with 303...it was nice and new afterwards.

It's probably just road grime. I have used SOS pads (the kind with detergent in them) for cleaning my windshield.

Are they streaks? I have seen a bug remover that was suppose to be diluted used at full strength and it left light streaks. Some automatic car washes use a pre-spray that I always thought was a bug and tar.

Try the awesome foam from the Tornador foam gun when it goes on sale
