I tend to use the German applicator pads alot for products by hand then use the XMT pad wash to clean them, no problems what so ever:)

Really close with a 6" plate so make sure the pads goes on square and watch those edges

If the car is dirty then be very carefull, if it's just light dust then a waterless wash should be ok, if it's dirt then you gotta wash it.

If it's a QD you want you can't go wrong with Crystal Mist

I like to use Poorboys bug remover watered down 3 -1 and spray over the car then wash as normal. If your using an abrasive polish then the paint cleanse probably isn't needed

Can't believe this a black Jeep and no-one has mentioned Souveran!!!!!!! Sorry, but for black there's nothing better IMO, even better if it's on top of WG DGPS.

After your swirl remover i would be looking at either a paint cleanser or a mildly abrasive polish starting on a polish pad and see if that did the job.
