when explaning your service to a customer, do you give them a choice of wax or sealent? Do you explane the difference between them? Does price of service determind the quality of LSP product? I just getting into this as a hobby, I would like to know what to offer my"customers" thanks

Because I'm new at the science of car polishing. The paint that I'm most familiar with is BMW. I like the way it holds up (everyday use) and the way it cleans up. My 03 Avalanche seem to have a thick hard clear coat, hard for me polish out any defects.

Which OEM paint comes out the factory looking the best. Second question...which is the easiest to work with?

You list is good. Before claying I would use Iron-x. (even for an 2012 model) I found that washing after claying in not always necessary, but then again it can't hurt.
