    Pressure washer?

I have to say, I disagree. I have a Karcher 1800 psi electric power washer, and it's great. Comes with two lances (one that's adjustable, and the other is a "turbo" lance for heavy cleaning). I use it weekly for car washing, and about once a month for cleaning the driveway, patio, and general...

    Will AG carry Wolf's Chemicals??

Frankly, after reading up on this brand on other forum's, this is by far my new favorite product line. I just bought a new DD (2013 Ibis White Audi S5), and used the entire Wolf's system (decon, Shine and Seal polish, Hard Body sealant, Glass Sealant). I couldn't be happier with it...

    Distilled water in chemical concentrates?

At the risk of sounding like too much of a nerd, you should always use distilled water for you QD mixes. All tap or well water has minerals in it, typically referred to as it's "TDS", or "total disolved solids". Depending on where you are in North America, this can be as low as 30 TDS (soft...

    I cloud

Depends on what you mean by "link". You can enable iCloud on your devices, and then anything stored in the cloud can be accessed from all of your devices. Under the iCloud setting, you can turn on email, contacts, calendars, etc. This will allow these items to be viewed and changed on any...

    C-quartz on new car advice

Hey guys, looking for advice on my new car. Just bought a 2013 Ibis White Audi S5. I've decided that I want to apply C-quartz, and as I've never done an entire car, I was hoping for some prep advice. My prior car was an Alpine white BMW 335i, and I only polished and waxed it, so I'm a...

    Smoke smell

I read it, hence my answer. Smoke from a fire is far more insidious than cigarette smoke. My point is that renting an ozone generator would probably be cheaper and far more effective than any spray product. It will be damned near impossible to spray the product in all places necessary to...

    Smoke smell

Read this post: http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/products-guides/32472-ozone-generator-does-really-work.html Btw, growing up, my dad owned (and still does) an apartment maintenance company. The two smells that were damned near impossible to get rid of were smoke damage and a dead body that...

    How to detail a factory?

You read that right. A little background, I run a large bottled water factory in California. The factory was built about 9 years ago, and most of the filling / packing equipment is stainless steel with Lexan windows. The water we bottle is extremely hard (a TDS of about 300 for those who know...

    Best wheel cleaner for BMW

    1. CQuartz will not change the color of the wheel at all. Will leave a nice shine, but no color change. 2. You ABSOLUTELY need to strip all LSP's prior to applying CQuartz. I used an APC, and then 2 IPA wipedowns prior to applying. I also clayed my wheels to make sure that the surface was...

    Best wheel cleaner for BMW

If it's only for a few months, any wheel sealant sold on AG would work, or any sealant for paint that you already own. They'll all make cleaning easier, they just won't last as long as the CQuartz or Opti-Seal.

    Best wheel cleaner for BMW

Sorry, should have been more specific, pull the wheels and seal the entire thing, otherwise you get nice faces and dirty barrels. If you want to keep your wheels clean, it's worth the time up front.

    Best wheel cleaner for BMW

I drive a 2009 335i, so I'm all too aware of the issues with BMW's and brake dust. For me, it's been a multi-step process, but I'm able to keep mine very clean. 1. Assuming that they're very dirty to begin with, either Sonax or P21S wheel cleaners. Both are incredibly strong, but safe for...

    Good APC for engine use?

I agree whole heartedly with this. For a really dirty engine I use it straight, otherwise I dilute it 3:1, and it works great. Worth every penny.

    ReLoad over wax?

I know that the directions for ReLoad state to use it on clean paint or over CQuartz. Has anyone tried it on waxed paint? Does it suffer from longevity if used on waxed paint, or does it just not play well with wax?
