How much to charge for paint correction?

It all depends on how much correction is needed. In your test area you should go with the least aggressive method. Typically just polish with a polishing pad and work from there. If I have to wash the vehicle the price starts at $150 for a small car. Hope that helps. Good luck.

    One word "wow"

Yeah. I had a guy at the gas station attempt to spray that on my detail rig. He said "Wow, you got a nice looking ride there!" At which time I asked him "You know what elastrofoam is?" He said no. So I pointed to the 3inch letters on my back window that said "Mobile Auto Detailing". He...

Detailing a 2010 Black Mini Cooper

Pictures might help. Have you tried a yellow pad and 105? Assuming you've tried lesser aggressive combos. You may have RIDS that you might just have to live with. Pictures would help everyone here help you out.

Going to buy my first polisher (GG 6) need pad suggestions

I've used the MF pads on 20 vehicles so far without fail. Some people here have experienced pad separation, but AG has been there to take care of the issues. Those are few and far between though. I have a back up set just in case.

Going to buy my first polisher (GG 6) need pad suggestions

I would go with 1-yellow, 2- orange, 1-green, 1-white, and 1-red. That's only if the MF system wasn't available. If you can, go with the Megs MF system.

    "Drywash" compared to water washes

Kudos Anthony! In the last year of my business I have not experienced any marring either. I do however practice a lot of common sense and if there is even one grain of sand on the paint, I will either hit it with air or squirt it with some water. Do what works for you. :dblthumb2:
