couple of ways u can do it 8) i suggest dawn wash, 2 bucket method, then clay the whole car. that should have removed all the previous sealant and wax. then u can polish with megs 105/205. which should removed the rest of the sealant and wax IF any is left 8).... once polished.... use your fav...

since there isnt really any deep or med scratches.. gunna try orange pad with xmt 360 then PO85rd with white...for that extra shine but that all depends on the test pop.... hope the clear isnt too hard....thx for the input fellas! 8) once done i'll take pics and post 8) Jay:xyxthumbs:

i'll be polishing a buddies red 350z o sat....any recommendaion as to what polish to use? i have the PCXP Polishs: XMT 360 PB ssr2.5,2, 1 Megs UC Megs 205 Pb PwS Its swirled up preaty bad... but in decent shape.. i think its been re-sprayed like 2 yrs ago too. Jay

would u guys do a free detail(1 step) for free if they get u some references? i got a buddie at a performance shop i frequently visit and i offered him a free paint correction for referenaces from the sop to me....who anyone do it?... just today he got me 2 references....no appointments yet but...

i would clay the car and polish if needed... then apply a sealant then was if desired.. Oh and WELCOME to AGO!!! 8)

i would get all the poishing /compounding done before it get THAT cold....and when it does get too cold for polishing all u have to do is routine washes in the winter... :dblthumb2:

i usually do a quick spray down of the car make sure i get all/most of the heavy dirt off then wash it with ONR with HOT! water in 2 buckets! then change buckets if the water gets cold again! lol... i know its a PITA but it keeps my hands and me warm! lol:buffing:

soetime when the pad is saturatd with product it can bog down....besides that not sure lol
