Both 101 and 111 are sealants, but also contain chemical (non-abrasive) cleaners. Of their cleaner waxes / sealants I always preferred 501. It's made for boats, but is excellent on auto paint too. It's a great cleaner. Apply with a white pad on a DA and you won't believe how dirty the pad will get.

But before you polish, try this: keep in mind that Like removes Like. First time I used CanCoat I had the same problem. I waited too long after applying and the next day (in the sun) I had some high spots, all of them on glass. I sprayed more CanCoat on the high spots, waited about 25-35...

Hello Scott, thanks for updating. I am curious to see how it performs. I've been using the M37 Trademark Extender Spray Wax (synthetic) and it is silly easy to use. I can't believe I like it better than D 156. I've been using it over WG DGPS, but plan to try the M37 High Def Sealant next.

I won't buy or use anything that isn't used and reviewed favorably on this forum. The knowledge on this and the Autopia site takes all of the guesswork out of the decision for me.

I've been using the Mckees headlight polish with a wool pad on a drill with great results. Afterward, I use Pinnacle BL Surface Coating--usually 2 coats. Great results. The Surface Coating is for any non-porous surface. It's been a year on all of the ones I've done with no issues.

I've used Mckees N-914, D-156, and Mckees Extender Spray wax with great results.
