I use an automotive squeegee on all jobs across the entire car. I know this is controversial and I will read/listen to anything anyone has to say about it. But I sincerely yet to have any problems and it really saves on towels.

After I use my auto squeegee, I use one Meguiar's X2000 towel. Works fantastic. The towels mentioned in this thread however have piqued my interest.

First I'd give everything a nice wipe with a warm/damp MF towel. If the car was older I'd add a touch of Dawn. Then I'd follow up with Wolfgang Cockpit Trim sealant. I'm a minimalist with interior leathers & plastics. Poor Boy's Natural Look works great on plastic as well.
