    Late night Taco

I've got a 2012 double cab sport and I am really happy with it. Haven't really worked it though, just commuting so far. Mpg around 19. There is a common problem you should be aware of. At around 15mph there is a driveline vibration that no one seems to be able to fix. Toyota is aware of it and...

    Please help me understand preparation

There seems to be some debate over whether Dawn will strip LSP. I'm too new to this to have an opinion, but I do have a question. Last Fall I washed my vehicle in Dawn as there were several layers of carnauba. I then applied a sealant and went the entire winter with no maintenance. In the...

Thinking about taking the plunge ?????

I was in the same place that you find yourself. I was really nervous about it because I can tear up anything and had never even seen a polisher. So I read all I could on this site and Mike Phillips' book. These guys are such a help. End result- got a polisher and really like it. Even I can't...

    Has anyone used zaino?

I used zaino for many years and was really pleased. Long lasting and I liked the looks. Sal was a big help on the phone. I bought a new black truck last year and in spite of several attempts with z, I could not get good results. The sealant would not buff clear. Upon discovering AG, went with...

    Yet another pressure washer question

Okay, I have a 6.75hp pw. I can't believe you can use this on your car. But hey, if you guys say its okay, I'll do it. So what do you say?

    Foam gun advice please

I'm also thinking about getting an electric pressure washer. I have a gas one but its too strong. Would you all recommend getting an electric one and if so, what size? Would this coupled with a cannon be a better option than a foam gun with hose? Any advice is appreciated.

    Foam gun advice please

I've never used a foam gun or even seen one but like the concept. Soft Toyota black needs all the swirl protection possible. Which gun and soap do you all recommend?

    Prepping for wg3.0

What are the drawbacks? It seems like I read that Mike Phillips was not a fan of doing this, but I may be wrong.

    Towels for Garry dean wash

Swanicyouth- Using your method, how do you dry the car? I like your way but can't figure out how to avoid waterspots. Still learning. Thanks.

    Towels for Garry dean wash

I know this has already been asked but could not find the answer. What towels do you all use when using the dean method? Using it on black and don't want to take any chances. Also do you have trouble with zaino towels linting?

    Prepping for wg3.0

Thanks for the reply but I'm talking about going back to the sealant once you have applied souveran. What product to use after souveran to ensure the sealant will bond?

    Prepping for wg3.0

I really want to top wg3.0 with souveran. What do I use before going back to the sealant to ensure bonding? Is this not a good idea? Main thing is for the paint to last as I will probably keep the truck 20+ years.

    Auto Geek Bad Customer Service?

Even though I am not a pro detailers, I have had many orders with AG and have called them for advise. They have made me feel like I am their most important customer. I won't even consider buying from anywhere else. I'm sure that there are errors made; we're all human. I'm just glad I found AG!
