Do you still properly clean your tires before dressing them? I can see the paint and wheels getting clean but the tires get grime, tar, oils, etc. from driving around that aren't so easily cleaned.

Same meaning here that is why I'm confused with you calling them hubcaps when they look like wheels to me.
